Senior Customer Experience Specialist (Day/Night/Weekend shifts) (Hybrid) We have an opportunity for a Senior Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, Bucharest. You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and resolving complex issues to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Your fluency in English and expertise in customer service will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our customers. This role requires day shifts, night shifts and weekend shifts. Process rerouting calls from Honeywell customers, understand technical issues not solve them
Responsible for analyzing and taking the necessary steps to resolve disputes
Case – Work Order – Service Appointment creation in Salesforce, depending on the issues specificity, after checking contract details and entitlements
Performs troubleshooting reporting, processing, and troubleshooting according to business requirements
Key skills and qualifications:
English– mandatory
Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal); analytical and problem-solving skills
Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Support
