The Opportunity



The Contract Document Administrator has key responsibilities for the administration of contract documentation through all creation stages (from initial contract request through to contract signature and archiving), using Goodyear's contract management system. They administer contract documentation (post-signature) through the life-cycle of the contract, including renewals and amendments, using Goodyear's contract management system.



Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Receive and review requests for new contracts in Goodyear’s contract management system. Create new contracts in the system, completing mandatory/non-mandatory fields, uploading contract documents and supporting documentation, setting up approvers, setting up review rounds, setting up electronic signatures, completing compliance checks
  • Collaborating with Goodyear stakeholders, including contract requestors and contract reviewers to ensure timely creation, review and signature (electronic and wet) of contract documentation (using communication center function in the contract management system)
  • Archiving of signed contract documentation in the contract management system and paper copies, in accordance with applicable contract policies
  • Administer signed contract documentation through life cycle of contract, using the contract management system, scheduling reminders for key events, such as contract renewals.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Previous contract document administration experience for a multi-national organization working in a shared service center environment is a plus, not mandatory.
  • The ability to instill confidence. Ability to deal with people at all levels. The ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • The ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in a written format.
  • Excellent organization skills. Computer literate.
  • Ability to assimilate and analyze information quickly and accurately and make sound decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build effective relationships.
