The HR Business team is an advocate for our client's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organization and make sure all people decisions are based on data. Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our clients, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help them understand how people decisions get made.
How you'll make an impact:
Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of People topics aligned to the POps’ Menu of Services such as such as performance enablement / performance management; team / manager / leader effectiveness; reorganizations; career development / mobility; diversity, equity and inclusion; compensation; benefits and wellbeing; and navigating transitions.
Triage inquiries and connect queries to the appropriate subject matter expert when necessary.
Contribute to the deployment of HR programs and processes for a Product Area, market or HR service line via dynamic consultations.
Actively seek opportunities to identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable and simplified solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes, asking for input or buy-in from senior leaders when needed.
Identify key business/product, market and/or HR service lines that require change and activate/leverage People Experience/POps stakeholders and drive cross-team collaboration to improve the client's experience.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge regarding the client's mission, HR policies, local/market legal and regulatory knowledge, HR policies and the POps’ Menu of Services and understand how to navigate the POps ecosystem in order to effectively service clients, managers and leaders;
Lead market and/or service area specific Pops programs and initiatives.
Skill that make your work successful:
7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or HR professional providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc
Experience managing multiple stakeholders
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence
Experience coaching and mentoring others.
Client-service orientated, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service;
Effective interpersonal, consultation, teamwork and organizational skills.
