HILL International is expanding in Romania. We are looking for upcoming opportunities in Metro/Railway sector, with experience in construction supervision/ design work

The Team Leader/Contract Coordinator is required to demonstrate extensive experience in a similar role for metro /railway projects for at least 15 years.
Main tasks

Leading the Client interface
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Managing the Contractors progress of works, highlighting and resolving any issues or shortfalls in performance.
Coordination of the proposed team of experts, logistic preparation and implementation, assistance, reporting

Requirements

15 years’ demonstrable experience in the Metro /Railway Construction

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or relevant related subjects
