Contract Coordinator
HILL International is expanding in Romania. We are looking for upcoming opportunities in Metro/Railway sector, with experience in construction supervision/ design work
The Team Leader/Contract Coordinator is required to demonstrate extensive experience in a similar role for metro /railway projects for at least 15 years.
Main tasks
Main tasks
- Leading the Client interface
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Managing the Contractors progress of works, highlighting and resolving any issues or shortfalls in performance.
- Coordination of the proposed team of experts, logistic preparation and implementation, assistance, reporting
- 15 years’ demonstrable experience in the Metro /Railway Construction
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or relevant related subjects
