Descrierea postului

• Managing the necessary documentation for hiring, modifying, and terminating employment contracts, including employee signatures.
• Overseeing and verifying employee database and personnel files in both physical and electronic formats.
• Issuing certificates as requested by employees, such as those related to banking, general matters, medical documentation, and seniority.
• Collaborating with department managers in the development and revision of job descriptions.
• Compiling the required documentation for disciplinary actions and investigations.
• Providing information and guidance to the company employees on labor legislation, salary calculations and benefits.
• Managing all employee benefits at a company-wide level.
• Coordinating with medical service providers for employee medical examinations.
• Maintaining regular communication with the benefits providers.
• Ensuring the accurate completion and verification of attendance records for monthly salary calculations and meal voucher ordering.
• Assisting employees in utilizing the internal application for proper attendance recording, including vacation requests and unpaid leaves.
• Providing support to colleagues within the HR division.
• Developing various reports for the HR department.
• Active involvement in various HR digitization projects
