The MMBUK Associate Quality Governance Specialist works closely with the Project Team, where projects require cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders from other teams in Darwin & Mercer like Client Management, Darwin Service & Support, Brokering, Helpdesk, Pensions and Product or external stakeholders. The Associate Quality Governance Specialist is involved in all the steps of the client journey of easy and medium projects, monitoring the completion of quality gates and milestones. They have a good understanding of the project lifecycle, thinking from a client perspective, checking all stakeholders are aligned and the quality of the project meets the end user expectations.
THE ROLE AND YOUR MISSION
Darwin™ and Project Lifecycle Knowledge
It is expected that the Associate Quality Governance Specialist has a good understanding of Darwin™ capabilities and projects flow and monitors if the quality gates are met in order to assure the quality of the product delivered.
Monitor quality gates and milestone during projects;
Monitor projects are delivered on or under budget (no more than 20% over) – Total Original Estimate vs. Total Time Spent;
Check that JIRA has been updated in line with the dates agreed with the client and the Statement of Work is attached;
Flag to MMBUK In Life Services Lead and Portofolio Manager if the Statement of Work is incomplete;
Monitor UAT issues are raised and closed correctly, having people tagged, UAT resolution and area;
Perform site reviews together with the Consultant and Project Team before UAT & Go-Live;
Support Project Lead in raising and track UAT issues that are converted into change requests and capture them in the Lessons Learned document;
Review if the checklists were completed on time;
Check if the sample Payroll Report was shared mid window with the client by the Project Lead;
Pre BAU transition track if the Statement of Work was signed off by the client;
Attend huddles for projects and proactively highlight any possible risks;
Be involved in process and project review meetings;
Be involved end-to-end in projects, in order to ensure a quality end result;
Internal processes
It is expected that the Associate Quality Governance Specialist learns and applies the processes used in MMBUK:
Understand the QAG process and make sure its requirements are known at the team level and develops into a QAG ambassador;
Good understanding of the MMBUK delivery methodology;
Internal tools usage
It is expected that the Associate Quality Governance Specialist learns how to use the internal tools available and used in MMBUK;
Is able to use internal work tracking tools for monitoring projects, learning and time logging activities;
Is able to use internal tools for Incident monitoring and compliance;
Communication
It is expected that the Associate Quality Governance Specialist communicates effectively with all stakeholders he/she interacts with.

Client work utilization: 85%;
Remaining utilization: 15% to be used for internal meetings, trainings within Darwin & Mercer, knowledge sharing, providing ad hoc support for other collages ;

2+ years of experience of working in a project or delivery environment;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English;
