What you will do:
Support on standardized sourcing processes for assigned categories/sub-categories
Work effectively with peers and others to operate a proactive supplies and consumables environment for the businesses
Able to understand Taxonomy and process data effectively for benchmark analysis
Support in conducting RFx sourcing and services assigned and in creation of comprehensive analysis based on project requirements
Ability to understand standard Sourcing practices and techniques, work with suppliers to quickly reconcile discrepancies with supplier deliveries
Support on managing day-to-day supplier interfaces including discrepancies/deliveries, etc. - Supports as member of Sourcing Team to ensure compliance with all procurement processes
Support on basic supplier profiling and financial risk assessment activities
Maintain professional interactions with outside suppliers as well as strong partnership with internal teams
What you should bring:
Basic understanding of project management and sourcing
Analytical aptitude and Business acumen: Understanding how markets work
Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility
Excellent communication – written and verbal
Knowledge on Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook (ERP/P2P systems optional)
Analytical aptitude & interest in data
Proficient English & Italian (B2 for both)
