By being part of this team, you will work in a hybrid set-up, from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18.00.
How you’ll make an impact:

Monitor alerts generated by the Anti Money Laundering Combating the Financing of Terrorism system and conduct appropriate reviews to facilitate closure of alerts or further investigation reporting according to global AML standard policies, procedures and client internal compliance policy and standard relevant to AML CFT.

Analyzing alert and conducting holistic review and searches, gathering data and recording evidence for client and counterparties to detect any suspicions of money laundering or terrorist financing activity.

Accumulating facts from investigations and reporting unusual client activities which might relate to money laundering or terrorist financing.

Conduct Due Diligence by complying with Due Diligence related requirements of the relevant Law and regulations of specific countries served and client internal compliance policy and standard relevant to AML CFT.

Perform due diligence, including Enhanced Due Diligence EDD , and assessing the risk of new customers to the firm, documenting findings, ensuring that management is apprised of key issues, risks, and the appropriate monitoring to mitigate risk.

Review negative news and Office of Foreign Assets Control Watch List Politically Exposed Persons PEP alerts generated by automated systems according to global sanctions screening policy and guidelines and client compliance policy and standard.

Conduct payment and customer Screening against various Sanction lists.

Ability to identify sanctions risks.

Good level of Italian ( B2-C1) and a medium level of English (B2).
-
Bachelor's degree (Commerce or Finance background preferred).
-
1 year of working experience at financial background would be preferred, especially on role of AML, Sanction or CDD processes would be a plus.

AML Compliance awareness relating to Money Laundering, Financial Crime and Terrorism Financing.

Good awareness or sensitivity at Risk, Compliance, and Regulations.
-
Good understanding to Investigation and willing to investigate.
-
Knowledge of Banking Products or banking experience is preferred.

Good experience or understanding of using E commerce platform payment company, like Lazada, Alipay, World First, Paypal etc
CAMS certification is a plus.
