Job Description
Wolters Kluwer CP&ESG, division is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate for Team Mate Business Unit in our office located in Cluj. Team Mate is the world’s leading audit management software, Team Mate has revolutionized the industry, empowering audit departments of all sizes. Team Mate serves customers in over 140 countries, maintains operations in over 40 countries. The role will report to the EMEA Finance Manager.
The Accounts Receivable Associate is primarily responsible for administrative activities and data entry into SAP ERP to support the Order to Cash for Compliance Solutions products and services. This position uses independent judgment and decision making as well as analytical skills to use multiple procedures and policies necessary to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. In addition, this position involves provisioning customers their access to our products and services which also impacts revenue as well as the customer experience.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Identifies inputs from source documents related to invoicing, contract/maintenance renewals, and licensing to ensure orders are invoiced accurately and promptly
Uses SAP ERP system to enter/update orders according to customer requirements and manages orders through the fulfilment process
Responsible with generating sales quotas from SAP and ensuring accurate information is further sent to the customer
Identifies potential issues related to invoicing based on customer historical invoicing patterns to ensure quotas are accurately
Updates products and prices in SAP ERP as per indications received from management in a timely manner
Occasionally work from spreadsheets to gather information necessary to update values into SAP ERP that will trigger invoices
Use multiple Saa S based systems to Provision customers for use of their products.
Use Saa S based customer billing portals to submit their invoices in a timely manner to ensure we receive timely payment
Maintain communication with customers to ensure PO’s are provided in a timely manner for invoicing
Pull copies of contracts from document retention system
Execute custom invoice handling reports and actions to ensure accurate delivery and handling of customer requirements
Review renewal SAP contracts for potential late invoicing and execute as necessary
Assist with projects to perform repeat transactions that result in many accounts being updated for the same task that cannot be automated
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent training or experience
A minimum of 1 year experience working in a multinational environment
SAP FI module experience
Sales Force experience is an advantage
Fluency in English
Accurate and process-thinking
Flexible, adaptive, and pro-active
Capable of taking additional responsibilities to move to the next level
Organized, independent, and self-motivated
Of positive attitude with a good can-do mentality
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Be able to take ownership and accountability for work.
