Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you will help ideate and plan content for social media, working closely with content creators, influencers, and clients to deliver high-quality content that aligns with our clients' brand goals. You will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing shoots, writing engaging captions, and analyzing performance data to continuously improve our social media presence.

Preferred Candidates:

• Content Creation Skills: Ability to shoot and edit basic content for Instagram Stories, Tik Tok, and other short-form media.
  

• 
  Pitching Experience: Proven ability to pitch creative ideas to clients and internal teams, bringing fresh and innovative concepts to the table.
  

• 
  Graphic Design Knowledge: Understanding of basic graphic design tools and principles to enhance social media visuals (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
  

• 
  Language Skills: Strong spoken and written proficiency in English or Arabic, with the ability to tailor messaging effectively across languages.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  

• 
  Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
  

• 
  Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.).
  

• 
  Excellent written communication skills.
  

• 
  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  

• 
  Knowledge of social media analytics and tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.

  Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving trends.
