Job Description Position Title: Senior Social Media Specialist Location: Qatar Job Description: As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness in the Qatar market. Your primary focus will be on leveraging various social media channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Additionally, you will support digital marketing efforts to ensure cohesive and effective online campaigns. -Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Plan and manage social media campaigns across various platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to optimize social media efforts.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia content.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure cohesive social media and digital marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and digital marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for social media services as needed.
Provide regular reporting and insights to management on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
Undertake any related tasks as required by the company.
-Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for driving results through social media.
Experience in the Qatar market and understanding of local consumer behavior and preferences is a plus.
Proven experience in digital marketing is an advantage.
