We are in Urgent Need of a Business Development Executive to join on board in our Porto Holding Group.
The Candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting cleaning services, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role focuses on increasing revenue by acquiring new clients and retaining existing customers. This individual will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and meet business targets.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in sales are an advantage.
* 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning company.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
*Strong knowledge of the cleaning services industry.
* Should have Valid Qatar Driving License.
Accountability :
* Identify and target new business opportunities in various sectors (commercial, residential, industrial, etc.).
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
* Promote and sell cleaning services, including janitorial services, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and specialized cleaning services.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Conduct client meetings to understand their cleaning service needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Provide regular follow-up and address any customer concerns or queries.
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by coordinating with operations to deliver quality services.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the cleaning industry.
* Monitor competitors' offerings and pricing strategies to identify potential improvements or opportunities.
* Suggest strategies to improve sales performance based on market research.
* Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients highlighting the benefits of the company’s cleaning services.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
*Work closely with the Executive Manager related to your task.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
