Job Summary The Organizational Design and Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction. This role combines expertise in organizational design with comprehensive knowledge of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition. Job Responsibilities 1 Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement in structure, processes, and workforce alignment. Develop and implement organizational design strategies that align with the company's strategic goals. Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to design effective organizational structures, job roles, and reporting relationships. Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational design changes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational design initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop programs regarding payments, remuneration and benefits to ensure that we can have the best wage policy in place that takes the available resources into account. Implement specific projects regarding compensation and benefits in accordance with the set HR-policy to ensure that the organisation's compensation and benefits policy can be realised smoothly. Conduct the day-to-day operational management of the activities within compensation and benefits and, if required, in partnership with external consultants to ensure that an efficient functioning of the compensation and benefits department can be guaranteed. Responding directly to employee queries regarding benefit queries. Administering and processing Pay review or promotion requests on SAP Success Factors. Job Knowledge & Skills Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to inform organizational design and compensation decisions. Capacity to think strategically and align organizational design and compensation strategies with broader business goals and objectives. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges related to organizational efficiency, compensation structures, and employee satisfaction. Thoroughness and accuracy in conducting research, analysing data, and preparing reports and recommendations. Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives. Skill in planning, organizing, and managing projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables related to compensation and organizational design initiatives. Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP Success Factors, Workday) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) for data analysis and reporting. Ability to support organizational change initiatives, including communication, training, and monitoring of effectiveness. Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality regarding sensitive compensation and organizational design information. Flexibility to adapt to evolving organizational needs, industry trends, and changes in compensation and benefits regulations.
