Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Multiskilled Technician with a strong background in facility management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues in various systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with facility management to prioritize maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
Assist in the setup and coordination of facility events and activities as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize disruption.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Multiskilled Technician or similar role, preferably within a facility management environment.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facility management or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
