We are seeking a versatile and creative Digital Marketing & Multimedia Specialist to manage our online presence, including social media platforms, website, and multimedia content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management (A to Z):
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Linked In.
- Create, edit, and post high-quality content (photos, videos, stories, reels) that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.
- Schedule and manage all social media posts and maintain a content calendar.
- Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster an active online community.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure success and make data-driven adjustments.
- Website & Digital Presence:
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is current and visually appealing.
- Ensure the website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and monitor performance using Google Analytics.
- Collaborate on creating new pages or features on the website as needed.
- Google Platforms:
- Oversee and manage Google Ads campaigns, optimizing for better performance and return on investment.
- Utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and provide reports to enhance digital strategies.
- Multimedia Content Creation:
- Produce engaging multimedia content, including video editing, photo editing, and graphics for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to design creative materials for both online and offline promotions.
- Strategy and Optimization:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across all platforms, including email newsletters and paid advertising.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging platforms to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in social media management, website development, video editing, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
- Experience in managing websites (Word Press or other platforms) and knowledge of basic web development or design.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads for monitoring and optimizing digital campaigns.
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to tell compelling stories through digital content.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Preferred:
- Experience in the events or entertainment industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and paid social media advertising is advantageous.
