Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Hot and Cold Kitchen Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in preparing a variety of hot and cold dishes, with a strong focus on salads, sandwiches, and appetizers. Prepare, cook, and present a wide range of hot and cold dishes, including salads, sandwiches, and appetizers, according to established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
Manage the daily operations of both the hot and cold kitchen sections, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety regulations.
Assist in menu development, including the creation of new dishes, seasonal specials, and daily offerings.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety guidelines.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff as required.
Perform other kitchen duties as needed to support the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a chef in a hot and cold kitchen, with a focus on salads, sandwiches, and appetizers.
