Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Commis Chef with expertise in Arabic cuisine to assist in the preparation and presentation of our menu offerings. In this role, you will work under the guidance of our Head Chef to create dishes that capture the essence of Arabic culinary traditions. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of Arabic dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, following our recipes and quality standards.
Support the team in the efficient operation of the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene practices.
Help with the preparation and seasoning of ingredients, including spices, herbs, and proteins.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high standards of food preparation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably with a focus on Arabic cuisine.
