The ERP APPLICATION SUPPORT position encompasses the full range of information technology, learning technology. The ERP APPLICATION SUPPORT is responsible for overseeing the company’s network, computers, software, systems and technology integration. This is a fluid position primarily found in retail organizations that serves as a link between internal IT support and end users. An IT Coordinator also performs general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's information technology. 1. Manage IT Support team and report to Asst. IT Manager 2. Attend all ERP related issues from end users and log complaint to the service providers, if required. 3. Hardware asset control in the Mall (Keep minimum hardware assets, Numbering the assets, keep log book for the assets) 4. Anti-virus management (Maintain the domain as ‘virus free’ always…) 5. Keep a hand book, in which log all the issues / Complaints registering from the end users and fix the issues one by one. All the calls must be recorded in this and its track record should be maintained with proper vendor / application name on it. 6. Backup taking to external devices and it keep it safe and secure 7. Follow up with service providers to fix all the issues in time. 8. Preparation of LPOs and invoice submitting/ tracking. 9. Coordinate with Accounts Dept. to do the payments in time. 10. Filing the documents. 11. Core Level network maintenance. 12. Create and maintain ERP user IDs according to the user designation. 13. Training for cashiers and clerk ID creation for them. 14. Partial stock taking / Processing, according to the instruction. 15. Software and Patch updation for all the network clients. 16. Maintain Daily work Log, and prepare Weekly report (on Friday), monthly report (on each 30) and submit it to Asst. Manager. Skills
