Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Account Sales Manager to join our telecom team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with business clients. This role is pivotal in growing our customer base and expanding market share by offering tailored telecom solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of business clients and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and developing customized telecom solutions for business clients.
Understand and communicate the full range of our telecom products and services.
Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of services.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry advancements.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business to Business Account Manager or Sales Manager in the telecom industry.
Strong understanding of telecom products and services (e.g., mobile, internet, cloud services, etc.).
Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to understand business needs and recommend appropriate telecom solutions.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred).
Willing to Work for B2B Outdoor Sales
Driver's License & Car is required.
