Job Description:
RITS QATAR is seeking a reliable and motivated Field Runner/Driver to support our Telesales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling deliveries, managing logistics, and providing on-the-ground support to ensure seamless customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently deliver to B2B customers in and around Doha.
- Assist the telesales team with order coordination and customer requests.
- Maintain a timely delivery schedule, ensuring all orders are delivered in perfect condition.
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions.
- Communicate with the telesales team regarding order statuses and delivery updates.
- Support other logistics and on-ground activities as required.
- Valid driver’s license in Qatar and own Vehicle.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with the roads and neighborhoods of Doha.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
