Job Description
Within the Field Application Business Development team, your will act as the main technical interface to the customer.
You are responsible for the technical promotion and support of our components (passive and semiconductors) to the customers.
You will ensure the link between our sales team and the development of products for our customers technical request.
You will be in charge of the industrial sector and will carry out the following missions:

Tasks:
- Technical clarification of the customer application and development of conceptual solution proposals (all active and passive components)
- Competent advice to the customer (developer) on technical questions for VISHAY components
- Internal communication and cooperation with all divisions
- Determination of the components behind the specific applications and design-in of the selected components
- Specifying and evaluating the customer's task using the existing components (possibly new product ideas for divisions)
- Systematic collection and arrangement of all relevant information on customer tasks and forwarding to the responsible divisions in the company
- Bringing application knowledge into the company (R&D, Marketing, Sales)
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or a comparable degree
- Experience with electronic components (function / structure / application)
- Very good written and spoken English
- Communication skills
- Negotiation and presentation skills
- MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to travel
