Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Maintenance Management:
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate the team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Ensure equipment availability and efficiency.
- Analyze and resolve technical faults and issues.
- Ensure compliance with construction norms and regulations.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize operational processes.
- Supervise the installation and configuration of automated systems.
- Conduct testing and validation of automation systems.
- Stay updated with new technologies and automation trends.
- Coordinate the integration of new equipment and systems with existing ones.
- Ensure compatibility and efficient communication between systems.
- Implement integration protocols and procedures.
- Train the team on new integrated systems.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the technical team.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback.
- Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
- Identify training and development needs.
- Plan and control the inventory of parts and materials.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare technical and administrative reports.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in maintenance, construction, automation, and equipment integration.
- Advanced knowledge of automation and control systems.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Critical analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of technical norms and regulations.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactivity and initiative.
- Results-oriented.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ethics and responsibility.
