Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager with deep expertise in electronics/automotive industry and a prove track record in strategic procurement. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, an understanding of global supply chains, and a technical background that ensures the highest quality standards for components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support business goals
- Manage and negotiate long-term contracts with suppliers, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality
- Oversee supplier selection qualification, and performance management to meet company standards
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams for new development and projects, ensure the timely supply of critical components and service
- Optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing purchasing team
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and sustainability practices
- Analyze market trends and data to forecast demand and adjust sourcing strategies
- Assist division purchasing to achieve target (KPI) of purchasing department.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Master Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in purchasing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in global supplier management and contract negotiation
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Strong focus on sustainability and compliance with industry standards
- Project management skill
