Manage indirect spend between pre-defined value limits for the EMEA region.
Actively contribute with savings to the company’s success, e.g. negotiations, competitive awardings, etc.
Contribute to the development and execution of an effective regional purchasing strategy within the global strategy framework.
Contribute to ensure lean and effective process and contract landscape in direct purchasing.
Continuous improvement of processes / procedures to ensure high service level to Internal Business Partners.
Support regional Internal Business Partners in case of demand, e.g. with perspective to processes.
Qualifications What distinguishes you:
Education: Bachelor's / Master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering or similar.
Personality: Passionate, flexible and performance oriented with a high level of resilience and assertiveness. Strong team player with preference to work in international teams.
Working Practice: Self-motivated, structured and bring an entrepreneurial mindset. You have a high affinity for cross-departmental cooperation and international business.
Experience and Knowledge: 3+ years of professional experience in indirect purchasing as well as experience in material field and supplier strategy. Proven track record in achieving objectives and stakeholder management.
Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English.
