PTC Group is hiring for a client in the sustainable aquaculture sector, focusing on logistics, distribution, and aquaculture opportunities.
Position Mission:
- Manage new investment projects, preferably in aquaculture (industrial plants). Other sectors are valued.
- Lead a team of project engineers and technical staff.
- Oversee financial control of projects and assigned CAPEX.
- Manage project timelines, costs, and ensure technical quality.
- Lead team management.
- Report to upper management.
- Maintain contact with clients and suppliers, and interact with public administrations for project permitting.
Responsibilities:
- High: Project management, planning review, and cost monitoring.
- Medium: Supplier qualification and offer tabulation.
- Low: Estimating project hours and preparing offer documents.
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Languages: Portuguese, Spanish and English (all fluent).
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMI) is valued.
- 15+ years of project management experience, especially in multidisciplinary projects for industrial plants.
- 5+ years in a similar role.
Other Considerations:
- Location: Coimbra.
- Must be available for short-term travel, both national and international.
- 40-hour workweek with flexible scheduling.
