Job Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Porto and Lisbon
As an SDR at PTC Group, your primary goal is to build pipeline by making strong connections with key decision-makers, booking meetings, and keeping our Account Managers (AEs) busy. Youll use multiple channels (calls, emails, chats) to pitch our company as the provider of choice and secure meetings across diverse industries, contributing to our ambitious growth plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold calling and contacting potential clients across various industries and European countries.
Book meetings with key decision-makers and build a robust sales pipeline.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth meeting handovers.
Constantly refine your approach, learning from each interaction to improve future outcomes.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in similiar roles.
Ambition to excel and strive for top performance.
Resilience and persistence in driving results.
High emotional intelligence to connect with prospects and colleagues.
Coachability, open to feedback, and committed to personal growth.
Fluency in Portuguese and English; German, French, Spanish, or Italian are highly valued.
