Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Contribute to the identification of productivity ideas, by analysing existing data in various locations (like for example cost breakdowns).
• Monitor productivity performance within the team, by supporting the follow-up of applications and supporting on their update.
• Support collect data from other actors in the company, such as Program Managers and PC&L, to fuel the activity of the Productivity buyers.
• Follow-up productivity actions in the plant, such as yield improvement, packaging and other possible actions, until their implementation.
• Support productivity buyers in data collection in the system, to allow better decisions.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business
• Knowledge of productivity / lean management methodology
• Knowledge of production, quality and logistics
• Fluent English
• Ability to work in matrix organization
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excel e power BI
