Job Description
The main responsibilities are:
Service Quality:

Ensure operational excellence and the quality of services provided.
Have a detailed understanding of the services offered and client contracts.
Implement and follow processes to ensure effective service delivery.
Monitor quality metrics and resolve blockages and issues.

Team Coordination:

Manage team allocation and priorities, ensuring continuous value addition.
Approve holidays and manage absences without disrupting the work-flow.
Motivate and support the team, recognising efforts and resolving conflicts.

Candidate Profile

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, or a related field is required.
Experience in service management and team leadership.
Ability to maintain effective processes and drive continuous improvement.
Proficient in English.
The ability to adapt, be proactive, and dynamic are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
Highly responsible and meticulous, with strong analytical, planning, organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Preference given to candidates who are immediately available.
