Project Delivery Manager
Mission: Galp is looking for a Project Delivery Manager with the mission of promoting and managing the delivery of projects and improvements with excellence.
What You'll Do:
Manage improvement and project delivery teams, integrated into the Delivery area;
Identifying, predicting and removing blockages that may impact on the delivery of improvements and projects;
Understand the requirements and design of technological solutions, passing on this knowledge to the other areas of T2D;
Managing risks and issues;
Monitoring and supporting IT projects that have an impact on the respective team;
Ensuring capacity management, anticipating growth trends and proposing solutions to ensure the team required to deliver;
Managing application outsourcing services, controlling the respective SLAs and penalties/incentives, with a view to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement;
Promote continuous process improvement through simplification, automation and improvement in the IT solutions that support them.
What You'll Need:
Minimum of 10 years' experience in implementing and managing technology projects in complex business environments;
Proven experience in project management and continuous improvement;
Experience in managing outsourced services;Experience in the financial management of contracts/projects;
Focus on the customer and service delivery;
Strong problem-solving orientation and proactive search for improvements that bring benefits to Galp's applications, suggesting and leading innovative initiatives;
Ability to work in a team:
Oral and written fluency in English.
