Hybrid: min 1 day per week in the office in Lisbon We are seeking a CRM Delivery Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Commerce. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of business processes related to CRM, particularly in the Lead-to-Quote domain, and strong project management and team leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CRM project backlog, coordinating with business units to ensure alignment.
Prioritize tasks based on business value and negotiate deliverables with internal stakeholders.
Define project schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Implement industry best practices in CRM management and delivery.
Promote continuous improvement of CRM processes and systems.
Provide technical and functional support for implemented CRM solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM solution implementation (preferably Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Commerce).
In-depth understanding of CRM business processes, especially Lead-to-Quote.
Proven project management experience and the ability to lead and develop teams.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
Expertise in analyzing requirements and technical specifications.
Ability to negotiate timelines, resources, and expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in CRM implementation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction at various organizational levels.
Strong documentation skills for processes, status reports, and project communications
