Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing CRM solutions, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Commerce;
Experience and knowledge of CRM-related business processes, especially in the Lead-to-Quote domain;
Experience in project management methodologies;
Proven experience in managing multifunctional teams, with ability to lead, motivate and develop teams;
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and improve processes;
Ability to perform requirements analysis and technical specifications;
Ability to negotiate deadlines, resources and expectations with internal and external stakeholders;
Ability to document project processes, status reports and communications;
Ability to prioritize and negotiate deliveries with internal stakeholders
Ability to coordinate teams involved in projects, ensuring effective communication between all members.
