About the role:
As a Supervisor, you will oversee the daily transactional and administrative operations of Refunds & Repurchase and After Sales Agents, providing leadership, operational expertise, and motivation across the team. This role requires monitoring daily file SLAs to ensure they are properly delegated, processed, and closed within the allotted time frame. Additionally, you will ensure that all team members are cross-trained to support file processing for all EMEA countries.

In this role, you will:
  • Hold first-line accountability for building and managing business relationships with department heads from Warehouse, Finance, Logistics Partners, and local CRM to ensure smooth handoffs and an efficient end-to-end refund process.
  • Work closely with the Contact Center, Adverse Events and Quality Assurance team to provide high quality after sales customer service.
  • In coordination with Management and Workforce, assess and prioritize workload, monitor performance and departmental metrics, and delegate tasks effectively to ensure all projects receive appropriate priority.
  • Lead the hiring and decision-making process by conducting interviews of potential new staff members.
  • Make sure all team members are crossed trained to be able to support on file processing for all EMEA countries.
  • Ensure that all Refunds & Repurchase (R&R) and After Sales transactions balance compliance with company policies and flexibility to meet Distributor needs.
  • Promote global process standards for Distributor Operations while allowing transparent, approved local variances where necessary for regulatory or business reasons.
  • Participate in process improvement projects.
  • Ensure adequate training programs, including upskilling and reskilling staff, and collaborate on succession planning and talent review programs.
  • Identify performance measures and developmental needs, providing coaching and opportunities for skill development and growth within the company.
Our requirements:
  • 1-3years of experience working in a leadership role.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, counsel and guide staff.
  • Experience working in customer service.
  • Very good command of the English (B2+) and Spanish (C1).
  • Experience in Global Business Services environments.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately and precisely summarize and present key information.
  • Strong leadership skills with flexibility to lead with various styles as deemed appropriate to create change and opportunities for development.
  • Desire to exceed Distributors and Customers expectations and passionate about making a positive contribution to the team.
