How do we work?
We look for a new colleague to join our Account Onboarding Team as an Intern for 3 months internship.
We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office min. 4 times per month.
Our Onboarding Team plays a crucial role in onboarding and managing all new Client applications and ensuring all required documentation is properly submitted and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes being the owner of the end-to-end Client application process from the moment a new request is received till Client is fully onboarded and ready to trade.

In this role, you will:

Be responsible for the processing of all incoming documentation, performing all applicable KYC checks, responding to Client inquiries, and making any necessary administrative changes and updates to a Client’s profile.

Review and investigate suspicious alerts, referring/escalating to the Account Opening Team Lead for guidance when necessary.

Be also responsible for processing and approving new individual accounts, providing oversight and support to the offshore team by being involved in ongoing monitoring activities, training, and quality checks.
What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

A university degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Law or similar fields will be an asset.

Availability to work min. 30 hours/week in the afternoon shift (1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.)

Fluency in English.

Ability to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision.

Be responsible team player, with a positive work attitude.
