Specifically, you will focus on the Strategic Portfolio Management module, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and maximizes our platform entitlements. Your contributions will drive continuous improvement and innovation across our organization.
Your role
Ensure the architecture and security of the Service Now platform, focusing on the Strategic Portfolio Management module, aligning with business strategy and Service Now roadmap
Lead the technical direction of Service Now, developing reusable components, automation, and integrations to maximize platform features
Co-develop the product strategy and roadmap with stakeholders
Collaborate with business units to design, build, test, and maintain scalable solutions, including necessary documentation
Enhance and maintain solutions created by Service Now Vendors, ensuring integration with existing systems and processes
Influence roadmaps for other product lines and platforms in collaboration with senior stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and innovation using Service Now best practices and latest features, leveraging Design Thinking, scripting, and UI/UX skills
Demonstrate expertise in Service Now capabilities, adapting them to meet organizational needs
Your skills
Technical expertise in Service Now, including platform knowledge, data model, app development, scripting, and integrations
Over 5 years of experience with Service Now, including technical architecture, design, and solutions, specifically in Service Portal and mobile apps
Advanced knowledge of Service Now modules, especially Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Experience with other product lines like ITSM and HRSD is advantageous
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Service Now Agile Dev Plugin
Strong stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution and expectation-setting
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements and issues with a focus on the product roadmap
Extensive experience in change management, introducing new features to end-users through training, documentation, and feedback
Excellent vendor management skills
Participate in a hybrid work model based in Warsaw, with in-office presence required once a week
