Your role
Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Service Now solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with the company's technology standards
Develop and execute the Service Now platform strategy, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and technical governance
Ensure adherence to best practices and the organization's architectural guidelines
Design and oversee the integration of Service Now with various enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and robust functionality across the IT ecosystem
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery
Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality coding standards, documentation and testing practices
Stay ahead of emerging Service Now features and industry trends, identify opportunities to enhance platform performance, user experience, and business value
Ensure all Service Now solutions meet regulatory and security compliance requirements, including Gx P validation, data protection, and risk management standards
Your skills
Over 5 years of experience with Service Now, including technical architecture, development, and integration
Proficiency in Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HR Service Delivery
Deep understanding of Service Now architecture, API integration, and scripting languages like Java Script
Proven experience managing complex IT projects, with strong skills in Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
Fluency in English
Optional:
Service Now Certified Application Developer, Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist, or similar certifications are highly desirable
