Inviting applications for the role of Service Claims Specialist-Senior Process Associate-English- Remote Poland
In this role, as part of a dynamic team, the Service Claims Specialist (SCS) would be responsible for investigating & following customer’s service claims in line with a standardized, high performing servicing process, building a strong relationship with internal claim management stakeholders.
SCS can be exposed to multilingual claim handling and administrative activities, depending on internal demand and customer needs.
SCS should always look for improvements and efficiencies.
Responsibilities
As a Service Claims Specialist you will be taking care of:
- Managing customers’ service claims registered by local Customer Care teams.
- Ensures that the customer expectations are managed, and satisfaction level is kept high
- Spots & actively reports unusual events captured during customer claims handling
- Ensures all service claims are managed and followed up in the systems.
- Ensures all documents/reports are forwarded to the appropriate stakeholders
- Ensures all administrative tasks are completed upon supervisor’s request
- Works in line with defined Service Level Agreements and accurately uses systems
- Works efficiently to reach department objectives
- May perform other duties as required -> being exposed to various administrative activities, depending on internal demand and customer needs, always looking for processing efficiency & compliance to standard operating procedures.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Is able to express him(her)self fluently in English (orally and in writing)
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Degree level education (last-year students are also welcome)
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work in detail oriented way and to seek for improvements
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Previous experience in Customer Facing environment and administration is an asset
- Knowledge of SFDC, BDBEN4 and/or SAP would be a plus
