Logistics Shipment Planner – Senior Process Associate – French – Remote Poland
Perform operational tasks within Logistic area. Resolution of tasks accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. Responsible to ensure Logistic processes compliance with related financial controls. Coordinating all required continuous improvement actions. Ensure efficient cooperation with warehousing, distribution and transportation.
Responsibilities

Planning, organization, coordination, consolidation of
Shipments

Ensure smooth delivery of goods

Maintain and update records of shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and other relevant information

Returns and Refusals Pickup planning, organization, coordination.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
-
Daily management of Carrier’s Performance (using the tools, trackers offered by the company)
-
Actively conducting performance calls and quarterly calls with carriers, and preparing data before each meeting (based on PBI, Scorecard etc.)

Bonus malus monthly preparation, validation, execution
-
Data gathering, performance issue identification and resolution
-
Critical metric Monitoring and Root Cause Analysis to achieve business objectives

Efficiently manage the execution of orders during crisis management
-
Daily KPI’s monitoring + take corrective actions
-
Maintaining excellent and effective communication among all stakeholders of process
-
Developing and managing logistics plans and strategies (e.g. Tender’s process)
-
SOP creation, validation, update
-
Take care of the good for business continuity in every action
-
act proactively to implement entrusted tasks and actively respond to emerging changes

Take care and take responsibility for performing tasks in the process, observe the process and react when changes are needed, initiate, supervise, co- lead

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Experience in logistics would be an asset
Advanced MS Excel skills
Fluency (C1) in French - spoken and written
Fluency (C1) in English - spoken and written
Fluency in Polish will be an advantage
Strong analytical and technical skills required
Customer Service related experience
Preferred qualifications
