The Process Consultant spearheads individual functional areas (such as production, logistics, sales, procurement or finance). The Process Consultant contributes to the E2E processes, working together with Process Consultants from other functions on an E2E process (St P, Dt W, Mt C, Rt R, BPM). As Process Consultant Logistics you will support the Source to Pay, Demand to Warehouse or Market to Cash E2E process. The Process Consultants are Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in their respective field. They are delegated from the Global Functions who bring to life the model processes in the ERP platforms and work together as process teams. The Process Consultant has the mandate to propose changes to improve the processes and review requests for (temporary) derogation. The FO’s ultimately have to approve the solutions. The Process Consultant will bring dedicated and focussed SMEs together. They have complete domain area knowledge and their primary objective is to continuously improve and expand the Global template and its translation into the ERP platforms. Support the E2E Stream Lead in proactively manage the respective E2E process
Validate the process designs
Ensure standard processes and HEPM are aligned
Translate the process standards into solutions in the ERP’s
Process governance and change requests
Propose to the Design Authority ((d)FO’s) redesigns of existing processes based on the analysis of improvement opportunities and prioritization of identified solutions
Propose to the Design Authority ((d)FO’s) designs of new processes and/or advanced functionality. The new processes and advanced functionalities can come from the Global Functions, the reference groupsand from Op Cos
Create and/or update procedures and manuals that detail processes and can serve as a basis for work execution
Facilitate process derogation and change requests
Introduce and roll out new functionalities and understand the implications on the current processes and on the business for Op Cos in scope
Guide Op Cos in scope to follow the standard process
Ensure process changes are modelled/updated in HEPM
Process performance and scope for Op Cos in scope
Evaluate if new capabilities have impact on the current Global template
Set up and maintain regular contact with the Reference Groups (selected Op Cos), to assess process improvement potential
Management of major organizational projects that involve process improvement efforts within scope
Propose measurable PPI definitions & calculation
Advise on PPI change requests
Work with D&T to implement PPI’s in automated process performance dashboards for the relevant ERP platforms
Drive CI in the PPI measurement
Regularly review PPIs to identify potential process improvement areas
Change management
Ensure process changes are properly implemented using the release management procedure
Manage the change associated with capability implementations by
Identifying the needs and positions of all interested parties (stakeholders)
Create the sense of urgency
Incorporating change management activities into programme plans to ensure stakeholders understand and support the change journey
Addressing any cultural sensitivities

3-5 years of working experience required in a similar role / a complex international environment / FMCG industry
Business process design and modelling techniques and tools
Capability to work in a cross-functional environment
Strong communication skills – explain complicated subjects in clear and simple language
Consultancy skills, being critical when needed
Understanding the interaction between business processes and technology
Fluent English language required (French and Spanish is a plus)
