Commerce Dev Ops Hub is being established. The newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with maintaining, but most importantly developing (functionally and technologically) IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at Heineken. Commerce Dev Ops Hub is located in Kraków and will include highly qualified IT professionals with direct contribution to both the technological development of the Heineken Commerce and the Hub itself.
As the Solution Engineer Marketing Automation, your role is to develop, configure, implementing and integrating in-house products and platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other MA tools as required. You develop the code and integrations, and are responsible for ensuring alignment with both architecture and business objectives. You champion Agile methodologies like Scrum, collaborate closely with other Dev Ops teams for efficient development pipelines. You drive excellence in software engineering practices to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle in our Commerce landscape. You will work directly with the Product Owner(s) and Product Architect(s), understanding the business needs and helping Product Architect(s) to convert those needs into solution architecture specifications and services in line with overall engineering standards and roadmaps.

Your responsibilities would include:
Technology Stack & Software Development Background:
- To develop, configure, implement and deliver the tech stack to enable use cases per the needs of the business
- Setting up data spaces, data pipelines, segments and marketing cloud business units, audiences, data extensions, journeys, email or other channel campaigns and reporting (pipeines) within and beyond Salesforce
- Drive operational excellence, including code reviews, design reviews, testing, and deployment processes, to ensure high-quality software delivery
- As frontrunner, elevate the Engineering build / ship mindset in HEINEKEN
- Implement good practices, coding standards and modern architecture for Dev Sec Ops
- Ensure the execution of Dev Sec Ops is in place across all teams within a domain and aligned
- Inspire, advise, and drive the selection of development approach for specific product
- Responsible for software development and address technical debt
- Oversee code review and state-of-art quality of the stack
- Form a view on Gen AI application in our SDE practice
- Organize and / or participate in hackathons
Mandatory to know:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- JSON, XML or any other language commonly used to develop API payloads or for integrations
- SFTP data transfers
- HTML & CSS
- Relationship database development, use of SFMC Data Extensions
- One Trust for Consent Management and Resolution

- Salesforce Einstein
- Power BI
You are a good match if you have:
- Like to ship secure (!) software, a lot and with major impact and fast throughput
- 5+ years of experience in the similar role
- Believe in headless architecture setups and the composable MACH software movement
- Work withing set Enterprise Architecture guidance and boundaries
- Have demonstrated experience in rollout of the Salesforce consumer products stack such Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Have experience in managing data flows and pipelines from Azure Data Lake
- Have experience in Consent Management capabilities
- Have experience working with API’s and complex data integrations
- Have worked in modular architecture, microservices, micro frontends, etc
- Have experience with automation testing tools like Selenium and Cypress
- Are a performance tuning expert, to maximize entire stack and edges
- Can work with Azure teams to comprise the best infra setup
- Can influence stakeholders as well as balance views
- Pragmatic, and collaborative team player
