We are seeking a Senior IT Solution Expert – Supply Chain to join our IT Supply Chain Platform team
As IT Solution Expert – Supply Chain, you will identify and deliver the best possible solution to meet our business requirements, maximizing standard functionalities and features of the existing or future systems that support the Supply Chain processes. Experience with Logistics or Network Optimization software or new automated/digital tools within supply chain would be an advantage.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
8+ years of professional experience in Supply chain IT Domain or Supply chain operations
University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
Excellent understanding of End to End Supply Chain practices with fair understanding of financial and commercial metrics
Experience on Logistics functions (warehousing, transportation, LSP collaboration) or on implementation and consulting on one of the following : WMS, TMS, LSP as well as SAP (ECC and S4). Experience on Network Optimization software would be a plus.
Experience on reporting KPIS and analytics concepts
Experience on data modelling, transformation and insights
Experience on Data sciences and cognitive platforms would be a plus
Proven experience with managing project from conception
Stakeholder management experience and excellent communication skills
Ability to set the priorities, identify “musts” and “nice-to-have” with key business stakeholders
Passion for continuous learning in a changing environment
Consumer-centric approach and mindset, Problem-solving aptitude
A collaborative approach, comfortable with all types of external and internal partners

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Proposing Supply Chain execution and analytics opportunities and improvements based on the defined future state process & systems
Leading the Product Governance process: monthly/quarterly Governance meetings, change prioritization, system use monitoring, etc.
Business stakeholder partnering in terms of resilience and innovation
Preparing project related documentation and communication
Leading the design of Supply Chain execution use cases and metrics in the areas of supply chain, finance, commercial and downstream operations at market and channel levels
Governing solution deployment as per PMI global standards
Ensuring proper user support and prioritizing changes to the tool
Defining and sustaining training programs and reference material to ensure knowledge retention
Being the main contact with supplier and new tools, establishing formal meeting structures and content
Supporting platforms on supply chain execution , Data Ocean ensuring it fits business needs
