The purpose of the role is analyze, prepare, and submit financial reports based on IFRS and Taxonomy for Ukrainian entities; provide management with the appropriate information for planning and decision-making, maintain and reconcile accounting records.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Accounting/Audit/Economic/Finance University degree
Good knowledge of Ukrainian accounting legislation & requirements
Solid professional with minimum 2-3 year experience in accounting/finance in international or credible local company.
BIG4 experience.
Good knowledge and understanding of IFRS principles.
Successful experience in passing audits of IFRS finance reporting.
Fluent in English, able to communicate with senior management.
Fluent in Ukrainian
ACCA, Dip IFR or similar certificate will be considered a huge advantage.
Confident MS Office user; experience with SAP

HOW YOU CAN MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Maintain consistency and accuracy of financial records in the Company's financial systems to ensure accurate and timely data reflection in line with US GAAP, IFRS and the Company's financial policy and procedures.
Prepare and submit Financial reporting based on IFRS and Taxonomy.
Perform reconciliations US GAAP versus IFRS, ensure month-end and year-end closing activities in-line with the Company's closing schedules.
Prepare/submit regular and ad hoc reports on financial activities of the Company in accordance with accountings standards and Company's schedules to support management decisions.
Prepare and submit statistics reporting.
Analyze and reconcile accounting records to primary documents and other data sources, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as well as with requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
Timely and accurately make entries to the accounting registers of synthetic accounting, timely update and verify them to ensure correctness.
Participate in yearly IFRS audit activities, coordinate inventory stock counts.
Provide consultancies to business on accounting matters.
Participate in Finance projects and drive simplifications and constant improvements of existing finance processes.
Lead selected payroll projects/streams merging SME role with project management drive.
