About the role:
Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital) is on a mission to lead the digital revolution in the chocolate industry, and we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst Master Data Operations, to help us build a foundation for actionable insights by ensuring consistent and accurate master data. Reporting to the Head of Master Data Operations, your focus will be gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing and modeling business processes, and ensuring smooth operations and master data records in line with business requirements and data governance standards.
Key responsibilities:
Create and maintain master data records in line with business requirements and data governance standards incl. data integration, data modeling, and data migration (single/mass creations and updates)
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data across all systems
Assist in the integration of master data across various systems, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment with business processes
Participate in projects aimed at enhancing data quality, operational efficiency, and system performance
Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders
Monitor master data workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing of data requests
Identify opportunities for improving master data management processes, workflows, and systems
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for master data management processes, procedures, and standards
Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users on master data management practices and tools
About you:
Degree in IT/technology, data, business administration, or a comparable field.
Proficiency in English.
Advanced knowledge of master data management processes, tools, and technologies.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data management and SAP Master Data Environment.
Demonstrated success in instructing diverse teams and driving change in a collaborative way.
Possesses good problem-solving skills and a structured way of working.
Good written and verbal communication skills, being able to communicate problems to non-technical audiences.
Collaborates well across diverse and globally distributed teams, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across different levels and functions of the organization.
Is capable of effecting communication, and conveying complex problems in a clear and persuasive manner to internal and external stakeholders.
