Job Description
As The Sales Team Leader, you will manage the operations and more.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide support in process development.
• Ensure consistent quality and productivity.
• Monitor, report and analyse KPIs relevant to the project.
• Manage day-to-day operations.
• Conduct feedback sessions with employees.
• Coach, shadow and support employees.

Targeted Qualifications

• Fluency in one of the following Languages, C1 level or Higher.
  • German Speaker
  • Russian Speaker
  • Polish Speaker
  • Hungarian Speaker
  • Romanian Speaker
  • Czech Speaker.
• Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Min 3 years of experience in customer service in sales/technical areas.
• Min 1 year experience Managing a Team.
• Multitasking and prioritization skills.
• The ability to identify training needs and support program development.
• Experience in team management in the Call Center environment.

Interpersonal Skills

• Communicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
• Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it.
• Confident, Pleasant, Energetic, Helpful, Trustworthy
