How will you make a difference?
-
coordination of the quotation process for SISCO customers (intercompany)
-
managing the processing of customer orders in collaboration with the Technical Department and the Strategic Purchasing Department
-
entering customer orders into the ERP system
-
reporting on the status of quotations and customer orders
-
monitoring the shipment process and sales to customers
-
support of the logistics complaints process
-
liaising with intercompany customers and other departments within the company
What do we want to know about you?
- higher education (technical or logistics profile preferred),
- several years of experience in a similar position
- experience in working with ERP systems
- knowledge of MS Office, in particular a good command of Excel
- communicative English,
- accuracy, regularity, reliability, responsibility and punctuality in carrying out assigned tasks
- ability to work in a team and communication skills
