MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for Raw Material and Supplier Quality Team processes management.
- Coordinate and prioritize the timely and accurate delivery of Raw Material, supplier quality and co-manufacturing related activities.
- KPI reporting, recruiting, hiring, developing direct reports, and providing expertise.
- Team management, development growth and guidance for employees.
- Work cross-functionally with various local and international departments to manage raw material, supplier, and co-manufacturer related queries.
- Acts as a data auditor for Raw Material, supplier, and co-manufacturer maintenance processes. Act as SME and main point of contact for raw materials related questions.
- Responsible for review and update of the Raw Material Data and Supplier Quality Maintenance Team documentation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3+ years of increasing responsible quality, R&D, or supply chain experience in the food industry.
- 3+ years demonstrated experience operating in a global environment and achieving results in a variety of cultures and business situation.
- Project Management Experience.
- Strong knowledge of Food Processing, HACCP, Risk Management
- Fluent English
- Food law knowledge will be an advantage.
- People management skills, strong analytical skills.
- Able to prioritize and manage time and team effectively, with high sense of urgency.
