Detailed description of work task to be carried out
We are seeking a skilled Performance Engineer with expertise in T24 (Temenos 24) applications to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our T24 applications through thorough
analysis, testing, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Testing:

Design and execute performance test plans for T24 applications.
Utilize performance testing tools to simulate load and measure application performance metrics. (jmeter)

2. Monitoring and Analysis:

Monitor application performance in real-time and analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks. (App Dynamics, Splunk, Grafana)
Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve performance issues.

3. Optimization:

Provide recommendations for tuning and optimizing T24 applications for improved performance.
Implement best practices for performance enhancements.

4. Documentation:

Document performance testing processes, results, and recommendations.
Create and maintain performance metrics dashboards for stakeholders.

5. Collaboration:

Work closely with development teams to understand application architecture and identify potential performance issues.
Liaise with business users to gather requirements and ensure performance aligns with business needs.

6. Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in performance engineering and T24 applications.
Participate in post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for future improvement.

Description of knowledge and experience
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Performance Engineer, best with T24 application or any core banking
Strong proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter).
Solid understanding of application architecture and performance metrics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with database performance tuning (Oracle)
