Middle QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the scrum master, product owner, architect, business analysts, product specialists, developers and other project team members to assist in carrying out the software quality responsibilities of the Scrum team
- Create comprehensive test automation scripts from business requirements and functional specifications documents for product features of moderate complexity
- Execute manual and automated functional, integration, regression, and performance tests
- Provide testing leadership by identifying opportunities for improvement in the Scrum team’s QA methodology, innovate by researching and recommending new approaches to automation of testing, including use of Artificial Intelligence
- Adhere to a testing schedule to ensure efficient and effective product delivery
- Actively participate in the agile software development process by adhering to the CRD Scrum methodology including attending all daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Participate in “testathon” activities as required by releases
- Guide and mentor junior staff in proper creation of automated test scripts
Qaulifications
- 2+ years of experience in QA automation
- Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Hands-on experience with one of the following tech stacks: Java Script, Playwright or C#, Selenium, Rest Sharp, and SQL
- Experience with automation framework development and automation solutions creation
- Familiarity with project estimation techniques
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
- At least a B1 level in English
- Nice to have knowledge of CI/CD practice
