Key Responsibilities
- Development and oversight of the Polish company’s day to day business operations, internal and corporate procedures
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
- Legal analysis of the transactions
- Provision of legal advice and support in connection with the operations international IT market
- Research and analysis of national legislations in the areas of corporate, employment and contract law
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience, including at least 2 years of specific experience in the field of IT (desired)
- Law degree from a recognized PL university (a foreign law degree (LLM) is preferred)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (Upper-intermediate+)
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate and contract law, including international corporate law
- Diligence, teamwork, attention to detail, ability to work with large volumes of information
