We are seeking a passionate Middle Motion Designer in Gaming.

What you'll do:

Generating ideas for video creatives and formulating hypotheses for improving advertising campaigns;
Producing advertising videos;
Analyzing key statistics of creatives and making decisions for further actions and campaign optimization.

What you have:

Experience in mobile games and an understanding of creatives for the casual genre (portfolio required);
2-3 years of experience in creating video creatives;
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
Experience with main After Effects plugins (particles, character animation etc.);
Knowledge of animation rules, shot composition, colors, lighting etc.;
Good understanding of digital marketing practices & social media trends;
Ability to independently generate ideas, attention to detail, reliability;
Russian: native or high level of working proficiency;
English: Intermediate or upper-intermediate level.

Nice to haves:

Fast learner;
3D animation skills;
Passion for the mobile gaming industry.
