We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Middle Office (I) to join our Middle Office BOLT team . This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland under HYBRID model.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Perform cash and/or collateral reconciliation and/or various related cash payments,
Research and resolve discrepancies between clients and brokers data and/or,
Research and resolve complex operational or client requests,
Assist in identifying trends in client issues and proposing solutions,
Perform process controls,
Coordinate process improvements.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, science or similar,
5+ years of relevant experience,
Practical and theoretical knowledge and/or experience in reconciliation,
Practical and theoretical Cash Management knowledge (SSI, SWIFT) and/or Income/Corp Action related processes,
Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume and priorities,
Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
